PRACTICE DESCRIPTION
Dr. Elizabeth Ghazi joined our growing practice in 2017 and sees children and adults of all ages. Dr. Ghazi is a dermatologist with specialty training in Pediatric Dermatology and is specially trained to treat acne, atopic dermatitis, molluscum contagiosum, warts, vitiligo, psoriasis, hemangiomas, and other birthmarks in children. Dr. Ghazi is trained in the use of biologics for patients with refractory psoriasis and uses isotretinoin (Accutane®) to treat patients with recalcitrant acne. Dr. Ghazi also performs treatments with the Pulsed Dye Laser for angiomas, poikiloderma (neck), and broken blood vessels of the face. She also uses the Excimer Laser for vitiligo and psoriasis.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Dr. Ghazi is a Fellow and Board Certified member of the American Academy of Dermatology and is also a Board Certified member of the Society of Pediatric Dermatology.
EDUCATION
Dr.Ghazi earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College and her Medical degree from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She completed her Dermatology residency at Cooper University Hospital and in 2017 completed a Pediatric Fellowship program at NYU Langone Medical Center.
